Air Cleaner Housing: Testing and Inspection
There are no testing procedures required beyond an inspection of the
air cleaner's general condition and replacement of the element according to the manufacturer's
maintenance requirements (refer to
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES). All the other components mounted on the
air cleaner housing are ECU sensor devices and are covered in detail in
COMPUTERIZED ENGINE CONTROLS.
