CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT
1. Measure clutch pedal height (A), 6.35-6.50 inches. If height is not within specifications, check pedal bracket for damage and wear and repair as needed.
2. Measure clutch pedal freeplay (B), 0.62-0.87 inch.

3. If freeplay is not within specifications, turn outer cable adjusting nut at toe board until clutch cable freeplay is within 0.20-0.24 inch.

4. Depress clutch pedal several times, then check clutch pedal to floorboard clearance at clutch release point (C), 2.8 inches.
5. If clutch pedal to floorboard clearance at release point is less than specified, check clutch assembly and release mechanism and repair as needed.

6. Ensure interlock switch switches from on to off when clutch pedal is depressed completely (5.9 inches of travel).
7. If necessary, loosen locknut and adjust.
