Alternator Brush: Service and Repair
Brush Replacement - Step (1):

Replace brush by the following procedures if it has been worn to limit line.
Brush Replacement - Step (2):

Unsolder the lead wire of the brush, and the brush will appear.
Brush Replacement - Step (3):

To install a new brush, insert the brush in the holder until it is positioned as illustrated, and solder the lead wire.
