This article releases a revised service procedure and parts packaging method for the case and transfer housing assembly (7005).

The transfer housing bearing (7F380) may be damaged when removed from a case and transfer housing assembly during service. To preclude this condition in the future, the bearing will be included with the 7005 assembly. Refer to Figure 4 for installation instructions.

NOTE: The case and transfer housing are line bored and matched during assembly. Therefore, neither are interchangeable with other cases or transfer housings.
