ISSUE: Cab-to-pick-up box misalignment on F Series Supercab vehicles may be an appearance condition.

The pick-up box design is the same for both Supercab and regular cab vehicles. The rear of the regular cab is 3 mm wider on each side than the front width of the pick-up box. However, the front of the pick-up box is 7 mm wider on each side than the rear of the cab on Supercab models, Figure 24. Those design differences on each side cannot be changed.

ACTION: The only authorized service actions for cab-to-box alignment appearance concerns are described in TSB 83-3-
15. TSB 83-16-17 describes pick-up box lean concerns. These TSBs describe shimming and alignment actions.
