Intake Manifold
Lower Intake manifold 1.
Hand start and snug
intake manifold mounting nuts at positions 3 and 4.
2.
Torque each one 3-6 ft. lbs.
3.
Torque each one 6-11 ft. lbs.
4.
Torque each one 11-15 ft.lbs.
5.
Torque each one 15-18 ft.lbs. (Repeat step 5 after warm-up)
Upper Plenum Torque Sequence:
Upper Intake Manifold 1.
Tighten all bolts (6) to 7 ft. lbs.
2.
Then tighten all bolts to 15-18 ft. lbs.
