This supplement announces the third phase (Repair Code "C" Vehicles) of the subject recall which involves:

1985 AND 1986-MODEL 49-STATES TEMPO/TOPAZ EQUIPPED WITH 2.3L ENGINES AND MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS.

Technical, parts ordering and labor time instructions are contained on Attachment I for the vehicles included in this phase.
