1. Drain cooling system.
2. Remove shroud and radiator.
3. Remove alternator adjusting arm bolt, loosen drive belt and swing the adjusting arm aside.
4. Remove fan, drive belts, spacer and pulleys.
5. Remove vibration damper.
6. Remove the front oil pan and front cover attaching screws.
7. Remove timing case cover and discard gasket. Replace crankshaft oil seal with new one.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
