REMOVAL
1. Disconnect heater hoses from heater core tubes and plug hoses.
2. Remove glove compartment.
3. Disconnect temperature and function cables.
4. Remove seven screws attaching heater core cover to plenum and remove cover.
5. Remove heater core from plenum taking care not to spill coolant from core.


INSTALLATION
1. Install heater core in plenum.
2. Install seven heater core cover screws.
3. Install glove compartment.
4. Connect heater hoses to heater core. Tighten the hose clamps to 1.4-2.0 Nm (12-18 in lb).
5. Fill and bleed cooling system.
6. Check system for proper operation and for coolant leaks.
