ISSUE: When using Ford Spot Remover (B7A- 19521-A) or equivalent to clean soiled cloth covered interior trim components, DO NOT APPLY the spot remover directly on the upholstery. This may result in saturation of the cloth material which may cause discoloration.


ACTION: The correct application method is to apply the spot remover on a clean cloth and then to wipe the soiled upholstery/trim area.
