ISSUE:
An inner tie rod in-vehicle replacement procedure has been developed. Presently, the Car Shop Manuals state that the power steering gear must be removed from the vehicle to remove and install the inner tie rod assemblies.

ACTION:
If service is required, use the following service procedure to install the inner tie rod assemblies.
