Fuel Injector: Service and Repair

NOTE: First try cleaning a problem injector with the Rotunda Tester/Cleaner before replacing a possible good injector.

1. Remove fuel manifold as previously described.
2. Remove electrical connectors from injectors as required.
3. Pull injector(s) out of manifold.
4. Remove O-rings and pintle protective cap and inspect for wear or damage. Replace as necessary.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Lubricate O-rings with suitable light oil.
