Fuel Pressure Regulator: Service and Repair

If pressure relief valve is to be removed with fuel charging assembly installed on engine, release fuel system pressure as previously described.
1. Disconnect vacuum line from regulator.
2. Remove three pressure regulator attaching screws and regulator.
3. Remove and discard gasket and inspect O-ring for wear or damage.
4. Reverse procedure to install, using new gasket. Torque regulator attaching screws to 27 - 40 inch lbs.
