Fuel Rail: Service and Repair

V6-182 Engine

1. Remove throttle body assembly as previously described.
2. Disconnect fuel supply and return lines using tool No. T81P-19623-G or equivalent.
3. Disconnect injector wiring harness.
4. Disconnect vacuum line from pressure regulator valve.
5. Remove four fuel manifold attaching bolts and the manifold.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Install one side of fuel manifold with bolts finger tight, then complete installation of other side and torque all bolts to 68 ft. lbs.
