FORD: 1989 ESCORT


ISSUE: Fuses numbered 14 and 16, shown in the Fuse Panel/Circuit Protection chart on page 16 of the 1989 Escort Electrical Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual, are identified incorrectly. Fuse number 15 is not shown in the chart listing. Also, on page 46 of this manual in the Horn /Cigar Lighter/Digital Clock schematic, circuit number 1, which powers the horn through fuse 15, is incorrectly labeled as circuit number 40.
ACTION: Refer to the pages following this TSB article for the revised chart and schematic.
