REMOVALPlenum And Air Inlet Duct Removal:
1. Remove the plenum assembly. See Plenum-Heater Core Case/Removal And Installation. Service and Repair
Servo Motor Assembly:
2. Remove the Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) servo from the plenum.

3. Remove the four retaining screws from the heater core cover. Remove the cover from the plenum assembly.
4. Pull the heater core and the seal assembly from the plenum assembly.
