Test 6, Ignition Switch & Starting Circuit Check
1.
Disconnect neutral safety switch (ATX), or interlock switch (MTX) connector.
2.
Turn
ignition switch to the Start position, then using a suitable volt-ohmmeter, check for continuity at the MTX or ATX connector.
3.
If voltage reading is present, proceed to Test 7.
4.
If voltage reading is not present, replace neutral safety switch, interlock switch or
ignition switch as needed.
