Timing Cover: Service and Repair

1. Drain cooling system.
2. Remove shroud and radiator.
3. Remove drive belt, then remove power steering pump, A/C compressor and bracket as an assembly.
4. Remove vibration damper.
5. Remove the front oil pan and front cover attaching screws, loosen first six bolts on each side of pan, lightly pan downward so as not the effect front seal alignment.
6. Remove timing case cover and discard gasket. Replace crankshaft oil seal with new one.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
