Timing Cover: Service and Repair

1. Drain cooling system, then remove radiator.
2. Remove drive belt, then disconnect upper radiator hose, remove fan and fan shroud as required.
3. Remove A/C compressor and power steering pump bracket and accessories.
4. Remove crankshaft pulley, then using crankshaft damper removal tool No. T79T-6316-A or equivalent, remove vibration damper.
5. Remove oil pan to front cover attaching bolts, then remove front cover and water pump as an assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
