Claims
Enter claims using DWE. See ACESII Manual, Section 5 & 6.

Owner Refunds
See ACESII Manual, Section 3-55 for submission procedures.

For owner-paid repairs made before date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the selling dealer), enter using DWE.
