Disassembly

Exploded View Of Differential:

1. Remove the knock/roll pin, then the pinion shaft.
2. Remove pinions and thrust washers by rotating them out of gear case.
3. Remove side gears and thrust washer.
4. Remove the bearing cone from the speedometer drive gear end, using gear and pulley puller D80L-630-3, bearing puller attachment D84L-1123-A and the legs from push puller set D80L-927-A or equivalents.
5. Remove speedometer drive gear, then the bearing cone from the ring gear end using puller T77F-4220-B1 and step plate D8OL-630-3 or equivalents.
