Water Pump: Service and Repair
Fig. 14 Water Pump Removal:
1.
Raise and support vehicle.
2.
Drain
cooling system, then remove water pump belt.
3.
Remove upper hose and
heater hose from pump,

Remove lower radiator hose from water pump steel tube.
5.
Remove steel tube brace bolt from mounting bracket.
6.
Remove water pump attaching bolts, then the pump.
7.
Reverse procedure to install.
