AXOD/AXOD-E

Forward sprag upgrade





The E40D overdrive sprag has the same dimensions as the AXOD/AXOD-E forward sprag, however, the E40D sprag contains 34 elements while the AXOD/AXOD-E forward sprag only contains 26 elements. The E40D overdrive sprag will fit the AXOD/AXOD-E forward sprag races.

Typically the more elements that a sprag contains the stronger the assembly will be. With this in mind not only will the E40D overdrive sprag fit in the AXOD/AXOD-E it will also create a stronger forward sprag assembly,

This is not a rebuild procedure and is not necessary except in high abuse applications, such as police cars.
