Turn Signal Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove trim shroud or shroud halves.
3. Remove turn signal switch lever from switch. Grasp lever and use a pulling and twisting motion while pulling lever straight out from switch.
4. Peel back foam shield from turn signal switch, then disconnect two electrical connectors from switch.
5. Remove turn signal switch attaching screws, then remove switch.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
