ISSUE: Service only passive restraint front seat shoulder strap track assemblies and the detail service items are available. In addition to complete assemblies, individual service parts are available to repair front automatic shoulder belt track assemblies.

Field reports indicate that many track assemblies are being replaced instead of repaired. In most cases, the passive restraint track assembly can be repaired by replacing only one or more of serviceable components listed in the application charts.
