1. Discharge refrigerant from system.
2. On vehicles with 1.9L/4-114 engines, remove water reservoir.
3. On all models disconnect electrical connector from clutch cycling pressure switch.
4. Disconnect suction line from the accumulator/dryer. Refer to Fig. 2.
5. On vehicles with 1.8L/4-109 engines, loosen mounting strap bolt.
6. On vehicles with 1.9L/4-114 engines, remove two mounting bolts and mounting strap.
7. On all models, disconnect suction accumulator/dryer inlet tube from evaporator outlet tube and remove accumulator/dryer.
8. Reverse procedure to install. Use new O-ring lubricated with refrigerant oil.
9. Leak test, evacuate and charge system. Check system for proper operation.
