Turn Signal Switch: Service and Repair

Fig. 8 Turn Signal Switch Replacement:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove steering wheel as outlined elsewhere in this section.
3. Remove two center cover attaching screws, then the cover.
4. Remove cluster module attaching screws, then disconnect electrical connectors from cluster module.
5. Remove cluster module by pulling away from instrument cluster.
6. Remove turn signal arm attaching screw, then the arm.
7. Remove two turn signal switch attaching screws, then the switch from rear of cluster module, Fig. 8.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
