Removal
1. Remove the plenum assembly. Service and Repair

Heater Core Removal And Installation:

2. Remove the four retaining screws from the heater core cover and remove the cover from the plenum assembly.
3. PULL the heater core and seal assembly from the plenum assembly.

Installation
1. Carefully install heater core and seal assembly into the plenum assembly. Visually check to ensure that core seal is properly positioned.
2. Position the heater core cover and install the four retaining screws.
3. Install the plenum assembly.
