Keyless Entry: Description and Operation

The two main components of the Remote Convenience System are the Remote Convenience Module with Integral Receiver and the hand-held transmitter. This system allows the driver to perform the following functions; lock or unlock driver's or all doors, lock sliding door, activate or deactivate the Anti-Theft System, turn on interior lamps by lifting either front door handle or by using the remote transmitter.
