REMOVAL

1. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Remove the two brake pad retaining pins from caliper assembly.
3. Remove ``M'' spring, then the ``W'' spring, Fig. 6.
4. Remove brake pads and shims from the caliper assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. Push the piston fully into the caliper bore.
2. Apply grease between the shims and the brake pad guide plates, then position the brake pads and shims into the caliper.
3. Install the ``W'' spring, then ``M'' spring.
4. Install the two brake pad retaining pins, then wheel and tire assembly.
