Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair
1.
Remove
throttle body assembly.
2.
Remove valve mounting screws and lift off valve.
Idle Speed Control (ISC) Valve:

Remove gasket.
Idle Speed Control (ISC) Valve:
4.
Install new gasket.
5.
Place valve into mounting position and install screws. Tighten to
25 - 36 in lb (3 - 4 Nm). 6.
Install
throttle body.
