Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Service and Repair

REMOVAL

Intake Air Temperature Sensor:

1. Locate Air Charge Temperature (ACT) sensor located in the air cleaner lid.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from sensor.
3. Remove sensor from the air cleaner lid by unscrewing counterclockwise.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the ACT sensor into the air cleaner lid.
2. Tighten the sensor clockwise.
3. Connect the electrical connector to sensor.
