Intake Plenum

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the radiator enough to remove the throttle body coolant lines.
3. Remove the accelerator cable from the throttle linkage.
4. Remove the air duct from the throttle body.
5. Mark all vacuum and coolant hoses and remove them from the throttle body.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the throttle position sensor.
7. Remove the intake plenum retaining bolts.
8. Remove the intake plenum and gasket.

INSTALLATION
1. Clean all gasket surfaces, install a new gasket and position the intake plenum onto the intake manifold.
2. Install the attaching bolts and nuts and tighten.
3. Install all vacuum and coolant hoses to the throttle body.
4. Connect the throttle position sensor electrical connector.
5. Install the air duct to the throttle body.
6. Install the accelerator cable to the throttle body.
7. Refill the radiator with coolant.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
