Knock Control Unit (KCU)

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.

Knock Control Module:

2. Remove attaching screws and nuts from control unit housing at retaining bracket.

Knock Control Module Electrical Connector:

3. Disconnect electrical connector and remove control unit.

INSTALLATION

1. Plug in control unit electrical connector.
2. Position unit under retaining bracket and install attaching screws and nuts.
3. Connect negative battery cable.
