Oxygen Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
2.
Disconnect sensor electrical connector.
3.
Remove sensor using sensor wrench #TP9P-9472A or equivalent.
Exhaust Gas Oxygen (EGO) Sensor Replacement:
INSTALLATION 1.
Install sensor into turbine assembly.
2.
Connect sensor electrical connector.
3.
Connect negative battery cable.
