Fuel Pressure Regulator: Service and Repair
Pressure Regulator Replacement:
1.
Relieve fuel system pressure.
2.
Remove intake plenum.
3.
Disconnect fuel return hose.
4.
Remove vacuum line from regulator.
5.
Remove attaching bolts and lift regulator from
fuel rail.
6.
Remove O-ring from regulator.
7.
Reverse steps to install. Use new O-ring. Torque attaching bolts to
69 - 95 in lb (8 - 11 Nm).
