Standard Package

Exhaust System:

1. Raise vehicle.
2. Remove front and rear catalytic converter flange fasteners from exhaust manifolds.
3. Remove bolt and nut retainers at transmission case.
4. Remove two remaining nuts and bolts connecting the catalytic converter to flexible pipe.
5. Remove the converter from the vehicle.
6. Clean all mating surfaces.
7. Install the converter to the exhaust manifold and tighten the nuts.
8. Install bolt retainer to converter and transmission.
9. Install a new gasket, install the converter to the flex pipe.
10. Align the exhaust system according to the image.
11. Starting at the front of the system tighten all fasteners to the specifications listed in the image.
12. Lower the vehicle, START the engine, and check for exhaust leaks.
