Shift Linkage: Adjustments

ADJUST
1. Position selector lever in Drive position against rearward stop.
2. Raise and support vehicle, then loosen manual lever to control cable retaining nut, or adjusting bolt.
3. Position transaxle manual lever at second detent from most rearward position. This is Drive position.
4. Torque attaching nut to 10-15 ft lbs.
5. Lower vehicle and check for proper operation of transaxle in each selector lever position.
