System Pre-Check Testing Notes
The ``System Pre-Check'' is used to diagnose a vehicle for relatively simple diagnostic repairs, such as loose connectors and blow fuses. However, the System Pre-Check is also used to prepare the vehicle for further diagnostics, including warning lamp trouble code diagnosis.The System Pre-Check procedure must be performed first. Failure to do so may result in incorrect system diagnosis and replacement of good components.
