Keyless Entry: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
This system allows the driver to perform the following functions; lock or unlock driver's or all doors, lock sliding door, activate or deactivate the Anti-Theft System, turn on interior lamps by lifting either front door handle or by using the remote transmitter.

COMPONENTS
The two main components of the Remote Convenience System are the Remote Convenience Module with Integral Receiver, with the hand-held transmitter.
