Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove instrument panel spacer brace and air flow duct located below steering column.
3. Remove lower LH nut and pull blower motor housing out from behind evaporator case.
4. Remove blower motor attaching screws and the blower motor.
5. Remove blower wheel circlip, then pull wheel off blower motor shaft.
6. Remove three blower motor cover retaining screws, then the cover.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
