Install breakout box. Make sure that the 1994 Econoline 4WABS overlay is installed.
Using the Breakout Box For Circuit Checks -
Jumper pin 23 and pin 20.

Key ON, observe yellow ABS warning lamp and key OFF.

Jumper pin 21 to pin 1.

Key ON, observe red warning brake lamp, key OFF.

Do both lamps illuminate? YES -- Replace ECU. Repeat PC2.
PC2 NO -- Go to PC6.
