Climate Control Assembly

DESCRIPTION
The climate control assembly performs mainly four functions, five if equipped with air conditioning (A/C):
^ Function control (air distribution)
^ RECIRC/Fresh air control
^ Temperature control
^ Blower motor control
^ A/C control (if so equipped)

OPERATION
 The climate control assembly uses levers and cables to control temperature, function. and air source (recirc/fresh). This portion of the climate control assembly is the same on all vehicles. The climate control assembly uses a switch to control blower motor speed and A/C on or off (if so equipped).

With A/C
Vehicles equipped with A/C have a dual function blower motor switch equipped with both a rotary knob to control the blower motor and a push knob to control the A/C switch. The climate control assembly also contains the lamp for the A/C indicator.

Without A/C
Vehicles without A/C have a single function blower motor switch and blower motor switch knob.
