Band Apply Servo: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Loosen oil pan attaching bolts and allow transmission fluid to drain.
3. Remove oil pan attaching bolts and oil pan.
4. Remove oil filter screen and gasket.
5. Remove low-reverse servo cover retaining screws, then the cover, servo piston, spring, and gasket.

INSTALLATION
1. Reverse procedure to install.
2. Torque oil pan attaching bolts to 98-115 in lbs.
