HE52 - Check Orifice Tube Assembly and DPFE Sensor

- Inspect the connection marked "HI" on the DPFE sensor for plugging or damage at the sensor.

- Inspect the exhaust manifold side pressure pickup tube at the orifice tube assembly for plugging or damage.

- Is the DPFE sensor or orifice tube assembly plugged or damaged?

YES -- SERVICE or REPLACE DPFE sensor or orifice tube assembly as necessary. Complete PCM reset to clear DTCs. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes

NO -- Fault may have been recently serviced without clearing DTCs. Complete PCM reset to clear DTCs. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
