Repeat pinpoint test procedures in
HU6. HU6 - Check For Throttle Body Sticking, Binding, Grabbing -
Does the throttle rotate freely without sticking, binding or grabbing condition? YES -- RECONNECT all components. SERVICE speed control cable as necessary.
NO -- RECONNECT all components. REPLACE the
throttle body assembly.
