Cruise Control Servo Cable: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect servo wiring at amplifier, and disconnect white stripe vacuum hose from dump valve in passenger compartment.
2. Disconnect speed control actuator cable from accelerator cable.
3. Remove grommet and wiring from passenger compartment.
4. Raise and support vehicle.
5. Remove front tire and LH side wheel.
6. Remove inner fender splash shield.
7. Remove brown striped vacuum hose from servo assembly.
8. Remove two screws retaining servo mounting bracket to A-pillar.
9. Remove two nuts from actuator cable cover at servo. Remove cable, cable cover and rubber boot.
10. Remove nuts retaining servo to mounting bracket.
11. If replacing servo with service stock, remove two bolt assemblies from front of servo.
12. Reverse procedure to install.
