Key "ON", engine "OFF".

Cycle the Transmission Control Switch
(TCS).

Does the Transmission Control Indicator Lamp (TCIL) turn on and "OFF"? Yes -- Concern may be intermittent. Check pin fit, wire crimps, pushed out pins.
No -- Go to
