With hydraulic lash adjuster completely collapsed, allowable measurement is 0.098-0.198 inch, desired measurement is 0.123-0.146 inch. A 0.060 inch shorter pushrod or 0.060 inch longer pushrod is available for service to provide a means of compensating for dimensional changes in valve mechanism.
