Heater Core: Service and Repair

Drain
cooling system.
Service and Repair 2.
Disconnect hoses from
heater core. Plug hoses and core openings to prevent leakage of residual coolant.

Remove
heater core access cover attaching screws and the cover,

Pull heater core rearward and down, removing it from plenum assembly.
5.
Reverse procedure to install.
Do not overtighten hose clamps.
